If you’re a fan of brainteasers and riddles, and like the TV show ‘The 1% Club’, this could be right up your street! 

In late January, students who successfully pass the application stage will be invited to take part in the Brainbox Challenge.

It will take place in the Main Hall, and will follow a similar structure to ‘The 1% Club’. (You can watch episodes of it on ITV Player here.)

Each participant will be given a mini whiteboard and pen. You’ll be faced with a series of brainteasers which will start fairly easy and get progressively harder.

If you get one wrong, you’ll be eliminated from the contest. The last person standing will be crowned Lutterworth College Brainbox Champion.

Prizes

The winner will receive 50 house points, a trophy and a gift.

The runners up will receive 25 house points.

Everyone who gets through to the challenge itself will get 10 points for taking part.
